Section 7E - Online System

FBR has finally made the life easier for property sellers, who had to go through the hassle of getting exemption letter from Commissioner Inland Revenue before transferring their property. Now, a new online system available within FBR's tax portal called "IRIS" will enable property sellers to either get exemption letter or pay tax under Section 7E of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001. All of this can be done from the comfort of their home without struggling in crowded offices, facing bureaucratic red tape and paying kick backs.
