Rawalpindi Ring Road (RRR) Construction Started

Construction work on much awaited Rawalpindi Ring Road has finally started on Friday 23 September 2023. This is a landmark in the history of city's infrastructure development that will not only impact its real estate market in a big way but also provide a decent bypass to G.T. road traffic. This 30 billion rupees project with a total length of 38.3 km, will provide better accessibility to Zone 5, Adiyala road, Chak Bheli Khan and Chakri road societies. It will also link Zone 5 directly to Islamabad-Lahore motorway (M2) at Thalian interchange and to new Islamabad airport.
