Auction of CDA Plots

CDA has launched auction of vacant plots of different sizes and category in Islamabad on 17-20 October 2023. On the first day 4 plots were auctioned for PKR 7.743 billion. The group of investors affiliated with Zameen World made successful bid of two commercial plots of Sector I-8 Markaz. One plot (53F) measuring 666.67 sq yards was sold for PKR 1 billion and 42 crore and another (53D) measuring 666.67 sq yd for PKR 1 billion 9 crore rupees.
